We understand that choosing the right childcare is an important decision.
Here are some of the most common questions we receive from parents / guardians.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Sunday, including public holidays, from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
What is the age range of children that the centre accepts?
Rising Stars caters for children between 3 months and 3 years.
Are meals provided?
No, food is to be brought from home, having said that Children’s snacks and lunches may be warmed up or refrigerated as necessary. Here at Rising Stars, we adopt a healthy eating environment, therefor nuts or any other food containing traces of nuts should be avoided at all times.
Does Rising Stars offer the Free Childcare Scheme?

Up to what age are my children entitled to benefit from the free childcare scheme?
The free childcare scheme applies to children up to 3 years of age. Free childcare is terminated once the child is eligible to enrol into kindergarten 1. I am not eligible for the free childcare scheme, are my children still eligible to attend Rising Stars?
Yes, you can use the private childcare scheme.
Do caregivers need to provide any type of materials for activities being carried out at Rising Stars?
No, Rising Stars will provide all materials and supplies required for all activities.
Does Rising Stars follow a calendar of events?
Yes, the calendar of events is available on our app.
What is the enrolment process?
The enrollment process involves a tour of the centre, a meeting with the director and/or Manager, and completing necessary forms and paperwork.
What is the teacher to student ratio?
The teacher to student ratio is 1:3 for infants, 1:5 for toddlers, and 1:6 for preschoolers.
